On 2 March, Rushanara Ali MP wrote to the Minister for COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment on increasing the supply of the AstraZeneca vaccine to GP surgeries.

Rushanara highlighted how local GPs are trusted in their communities, meaning they can help to counter vaccine hesitancy and increase take-up among communities being left behind.
