On Monday 8 March, Rushanara Ali MP questioned the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Employment, Mims Davies,  on youth unemployment.

Rushanara highlighted the close to 600,000 young people who are currently unemployed. She asked the Minister when the government will reach its own target of creating 250,000 jobs for young people via the kickstart scheme. No date was given by the Minister.
