I’ve long supported a ceasefire. I've put my name to Labour’s amendment calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

The violence must end now. Labour’s amendment is the only one which calls not only for an immediate ceasefire, but also a path to a lasting settlement and recognition of a Palestinian state.
