On 3 November Rushanara Ali MP took part in an important debate on the Syrian refugee crisis, secured by Alison McGovern MP.
During her speech, Rushanara said that Covid-19 has greatly added to the unimaginable suffering of millions of Syrian refugees. She urged the global community to act to protect them and re-double efforts to end the conflict.
