On Wednesday 28 April, Rushanara Ali MP questioned Lord Myners and Lord Macpherson on the Greensill Scandal, as part of a Treasury Select Committee session.

In response to Rushanara's questioning, Lord Myners stated that the Greensill scandal would cost the taxpayer £1 billion directly, and £3-5 billion and counting, when including indirect costs.
