On 3 November, Rushanara Ali MP asked the Minister a question about court delays during Justice Questions. 

The delays to court cases means that many victims of serious and violent crimes could be waiting years for their cases to be heard.

Rushanara asked the Minister what the Government is doing to tackle the staggering backlog of half a million unheard cases.
