On 22 October Rushanara Ali MP attended the unveiling of the '200 Nationalities, One NHS' giant mural on Rix Mix arts and community venue.
Working in partnership with street art for social justice organisation, Paint the Change, the mural celebrates the NHS and its diverse and international colleagues. It features a portrait of a young Londoner, an NHS health worker and dozens of drawings and paintings of flowers crowdsourced from across the UK.
Rushanara Ali MP said:
"I was delighted to attend the unveiling of this mural. It is an amazing project, which has brought together our community, and celebrates all that makes our NHS the brilliant institution it is."
